Payments, Damages & Returns.

We do our utmost to ensure that all our products arrive safely. However, it is impossible to guard against every eventuality.

In case of a need to return a product or seek a refund, please will you first contact us by email, telephone or letter giving as much information as possible, including the order number, the date of the order, your name and address and the nature of the problem. At our discretion, we will either refund or replace any broken or defective item. We have the right to ask you to return any defective item at your expense.

You have the right to retract your order within 7 days of placing your order, as long as no item is opened or otherwise at variance with the condition in which it left our hands. If you wish to retract your order, you need to inform us by letter, telephone or email with confirmation by registered letter/accusé de reception. Upon receipt and with the prepaid return of the goods we will make a refund of the products involved. No other costs are reimbursable. Deposits are non refundable.

We are proud of our service and quality. Our experience is that very few people need to return anything. We will always do our best to retain our customers as satisfied customers.
